Personal Effectiveness - In-House Workshop
Why are some people more successful than others? How do some people achieve far more than others in the same amount of time? Effective people are more than just people who get what they want. They have two qualities: They make effective use of their resources and they are skilled at achieving their goals. Whether you want to be a successful sales person or good in sports, being effective means a combination of efficiency and skilled execution.
People who are personally effective make effective use of their skills. They don't squander them. They use them to achieve their goals and do so in a way that is efficient and cost effective.
This Workshop will help you to be more effective not just at work but in your life and relationships too! It start by clarifying your goals, values and priorities. What is it that you want to achieve? What skills do you need to acquire to achieve your goals? How can you apply your skills? How can you invest your time and effort to get the best return on all your efforts and talents?

Time: 9:30 to 5:00 PM
What's included: All trainers travel expenses, Workbooks and Handouts for up to 15 attendees, Certificates of Attendance for up to 15 attendees. Minor changes of content to bespoke for your organisation. All prices include VAT.
Note: This is an In-House workshop to be delivered in-house at your premises just for attendees from your organisation. You will need to provide an adequate sized room and any refreshments for your attendees.
